Rocket Arena is dedicated to enhancing the fan experience, and is continuing to work through upgrades aimed at improving transportation within the arena. These enhancements are ongoing, and will temporarily affect elevator and escalator access for events this summer.

What You Need to Know

Elevator & Escalator Availability

As part of the next phase of this upgrade process, two escalators located near Portals 10 & 25 and one elevator located at the four-bank elevators near Portal 29 will be out of service. Fans are encouraged to plan ahead and allow extra time for navigating the arena during this period.

Navigational Assistance

To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, Guest Services Ambassadors will be stationed nearby to guide fans to the nearest staircase or alternative elevator. Additionally, clear signage will be placed throughout the area to help fans find their way effortlessly.
