The Cavaliers regular season is underway at Rocket Arena, and work on our elevators and escalators is almost done. All escalators are now open and fully operational. One elevator in the three-elevator bank near Portal 6 will stay offline while we finish the work.

What Changes for You

Navigation: If you usually use the elevators near Portal 6, plan a few extra minutes. Experience Engineers will be posted in the area to direct fans to the working elevators, and signs will be up throughout the zone.

Support: Need help? Visit our Solutions Hubs at Portal 1 (Street Level) or Portal 52 (Loudville Level), where team members can point you in the right direction.

The rest of Rocket Arena is fully open, including concessions and restrooms, and the work won’t affect the game. Thanks for your patience as we keep improving your experience at Rocket Arena in 2026 and beyond.
