Work on elevators and escalators continues to run through an exciting stretch at Rocket Arena this week where the Gorillaz: The Mountain Tour take the stage on Tuesday, October 6 at 7:00 PM, before the Cavaliers open preseason action on Thursday, October 8 at 7:00 PM against the Boston Celtics, and then face the Orlando Magic on Sunday, October 11 at 6:30 PM. During this time, one of the four-bank elevators near Portal 30 will be offline and one escalator near Portals 7 and 62 will also be down.

What Changes for You

Navigation: Plan extra time moving between levels. Experience Engineers will be posted at the affected areas to point fans toward open stairs and working elevators. Signs go up throughout the zones involved.

Support: Need help? Locate our Solutions Hubs at Portal 1 (Street Level) or Portal 52 (Loudville Level) where team members are available and can point you in the right direction.

We're staging the work so the hit is minimal as the rest of the arena stays fully open including concessions and restooms, and the event itself won't be affected. Plan a few extra minutes if you're moving between levels, otherwise, we appreciate your support as we continue to improve your experience in 2026 and beyond.
