The Cleveland Cavaliers are hosting their annual ERG Summit 3.0 on April 9, 2026, at Rocket Arena. This year's summit focuses on the current landscape of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, emphasizing the crucial roles of Employee Resource Groups and offering practical strategies for implementation. Building on last year's success, which saw nearly 300 participants from 69 companies, this year's event will maintain popular breakout sessions, prominent keynote speakers and panels, while adding a complimentary lunch and a dedicated networking session after the summit.

ARENA UPGRADES: Rocket Arena is undergoing upgrades to support fan transportation. This will temporarily impact escalators located near Portals 10 & 25 and elevators located at the four-bank elevators near Portal 29. More information available here

PARKING UPDATE: The Gateway East Garage is now cashless, requiring credit or debit cards for entry. Event parking prices will now vary by event, and visitors should allow extra time for traffic and potential delays. The mobile parking pass process remains unchanged.
