SeatGeek Ticket Lab (Box Office) Hours

The Ticket Lab is open on weekday event days from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM and will reopen when the Atrium opens for the event. On weekends, the Ticket Lab will open concurrently with the Atrium.

The Ticket Lab is located near the Cleveland-Cliffs entrances (Huron Rd. and East 6th St.). Guests will need to enter the Arena through the Cavs Center Court entrance, located on East 6th St. adjacent to the Cleveland-Cliffs entrance.

Purchasing Tickets

Tickets for Rocket Arena events can be purchased:

• Online through SeatGeek by visiting the specific event page.
• In person at the SeatGeek Ticket Lab at Rocket Arena on the day of the event you are purchasing if any tickets remain for sale. Any sales in advance of the day of the event must be purchased online.

If you are a current or former member of the military, a first responder, or part of law enforcement, as a thank you for your service, you can receive discounted tickets through GovX here. Please note that verification will be needed upon registration.

Cleveland Cavaliers and Cleveland Monsters tickets are available through the same options mentioned above, or by vistiing cavs.com/tickets and clevelandmonsters.com/tickets, respectively.

ADA and Accessible Tickets

Purchasing ADA Seating at Rocket Arena: A Step-by-Step Guide
To buy ADA seating tickets for events at Rocket Arena, follow these easy steps:

1. Visit Our Website: Go to the upcoming events page to choose your event and select the "Find Tickets" option.
2. Filter for Accessible Seats: When searching for tickets, make sure to select the "Accessible" filter. This ensures you find seats that meet your accessibility needs.
3. Check Availability: If you don't see the "Accessible" option for your event, it means that all ADA seats are currently sold out.

Doors Open

• Door times for Rocket Arena events and concerts will vary according to each event. 
• Door times for Cavaliers games Monday through Thursday are 75 minutes prior to tipoff with Atrium doors opening 90 minutes before the game. For Friday through Sunday games, doors will open at 90 minutes prior to tipoff with Atrium doors set to 2 hours before the game.
• Door times for all Cleveland Monsters games will be 60 minutes prior to the puck dropping with Atrium doors opening 90 minutes before the game.

All doubleheader dates where the Cleveland Monsters play ahead of the Cavaliers, doors will open 60 minutes prior to tipoff with the Atrium doors opening at 90 minutes.

Please Note: Rocket Arena has a no re-entry policy; once you leave the building during an event, you will not be permitted to return.
